  We were moved from our first apartment due to a minor issue and staff handled it very quickly and professionally. Facilities are excellent as is the on site restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet is fine but staff seem overwhelmed at times with the work. The pools are great for the kids and parents alike.

  Booked for a family of 7 - not enough beds. Was told my 9 Yr old would have to sleep downstairs by herself. I didn't think this would safe so checked out. Staff were great gave us a full refund. NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES BIGGER THAN 6 PEOPLE
